Venture firm Bessemer Venture Partners has filed to have sold nearly $90 million worth of TTAN shares since the start of July. The 13 separate trades span June 30 to July 17, with filings reported to regulators as recently as July 20.
Bessemer holds a board seat at the field-service software company. It sold roughly 160,000 shares per transaction on average, at prices ranging from about $70 to $80. The steady drip of daily disposals points to a planned exit under a pre-set trading programme.
TTAN floated only in late 2024. Bessemer was an early backer. At current prices, the firm has likely returned multiples on its original investment.
Elsewhere, Swedish investment firm Lundbergföretagen disclosed a fresh $35M buy into SAND (Sandvik) last week, alongside $57M of additional purchases in SHB A (Svenska Handelsbanken). That signals continued confidence in Swedish industrials from one of Stockholm's most active long-term holders.
On the buy side, Jiangsu Eastern Shenghong chairman Miao Han'gen disclosed a $463M personal purchase of his own company's stock. The trade was flagged only last week, though it occurred in late May.
Insider selling is not always a red flag. But the pace and size of Bessemer's TTAN disposals stand out as the most notable cluster of US insider activity this month.
