Peter Hillerberg

Peter Hillerberg is a co-founder of ORTEX Technologies and the editor of ORTEX News.

As a co-founder he helped build ORTEX from the ground up into the data and analytics platform it is today, used by hedge funds, asset managers, prime brokers and professional traders around the world for short interest, securities lending, options and positioning data.

He now oversees ORTEX News: the data snapshots its stories are built on, the checks they pass before publishing, and the editorial standards they are held to.

He is a regular voice on short selling and market positioning in the financial press, quoted in The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, The Times, The Sunday Times and CNBC, among others.
