Swedish billionaire Fredrik Lundberg just filed a bold buying spree across two major Nordic companies. His investment vehicle, Lundbergföretagen, disclosed purchases totalling over $93 million in the past week alone.
The biggest bet was on SHB A (Svenska Handelsbanken). Lundbergföretagen bought 4 million shares across three trades between July 16 and July 20, spending $57.6 million. Lundberg himself also bought 1 million shares directly, filing his purchase on July 20. That takes the combined Handelsbanken haul to over $72 million in a matter of days.
Lundbergföretagen also picked up 1 million shares of engineering group SAND (Sandvik) on July 20, worth $35 million. Both filings landed this week.
On the sell side, US venture firm Bessemer Venture Partners has been aggressively offloading TTAN (ServiceTitan). Filings show Bessemer sold over $79 million worth of shares across multiple days in July. The sales began in late June and have continued almost daily, with prices ranging from roughly $70 to $81 per share. The Chief Accounting Officer also filed a smaller sale in early July.
The contrast is striking. A European industrial billionaire is adding to blue-chip Nordic positions at scale. Meanwhile, a major US venture backer is cashing out of a recent software IPO with consistent urgency.
