Insiders filed a wave of sell disclosures this week. The biggest story comes from Japan.
Fast Retailing founder and CEO Tadashi Yanai filed three separate sale disclosures today. Combined, he sold roughly 416,000 shares of the Uniqlo parent for over $207 million. The trades took place between July 10–14. They were only reported today, July 22.
Closer to home, ServiceTitan saw its early backer Bessemer Venture Partners dump over $28 million in shares across four filings this month. The VC firm sold at prices ranging from $76 to $80.50. ServiceTitan only went public late last year.
At Morgan Stanley, CFO Sharon Yeshaya filed $3.46 million in sales on July 17. Head of Division Michael Pizzi added another $5.2 million in sales the same day. The stock is trading near $222 — a multi-year high.
CrowdStrike director Denis O'Leary filed a $2.7 million sale on July 15. The cybersecurity giant's shares are up sharply in 2026.
On the buy side, data is thin. Kuaishou Technology attracted fresh institutional buying from JPMorgan, which filed $452 million in purchases in mid-July.
