In the US, BSX CEO Michael Mahoney filed on August 5th showing a $9 million purchase on August 3rd. He picked up 186,240 Boston Scientific shares. C-suite buys of this size are attention-worthy — executives rarely spend personal capital unless they believe the market is undervaluing the company.

The clearest cluster of buying pressure sits with the Adani Power group in India, where seven affiliated entities filed $2.77 billion in cumulative purchases on August 7th — though these are promoter-group disclosures rather than classic insider buys.
