Insiders Buy the Dip in China and Turkey

The most striking insider buying in recent filings came from outside the US. Ma Jianrong, Executive Chairman of 2313 Shenzhou International Group, filed a cluster of open-market purchases across early September, spending a combined $44.6m to add roughly 11 million shares across four separate transactions. The buying came in a tight price range of HK$36 to HK$37.40. That is a strong discretionary signal: a controlling chairman repeatedly reaching into his own pocket at market prices, with holdings now above 645 million shares.

In Turkey, Serdar Turhan, Executive Chairman of KTLEV Katilimevim Tasarruf Finansman, filed a series of purchases totalling over $47m across four days in late August and early September. The buying accelerated as the price fell, suggesting conviction rather than routine accumulation.

On the selling side, GMD Genesis Minerals Executive Chairman Raleigh Finlayson filed a sale of 5 million shares worth $29.6m on 3 September, trimming his stake to around 32 million shares. The gold miner's stock had rallied sharply in 2026, making this a natural reduction at elevated levels.

NMIH NMI Holdings CEO Adam Pollitzer filed a $7.7m sale on 4 September at $44.85 per share, cutting his holding to 270,267 shares. THC Tenet Healthcare COO Lisa Foo also filed a $6.4m sale.
