Insiders Sell Hard Across Global Markets

The latest batch of insider filings, reported on 8 September 2026, shows a clear pattern: selling dominates, and the amounts are large.

The headline trade belongs to Fosun Pharma Industrial, the promoter-group shareholder of GLAND (Gland Pharma). Fosun filed two tranches of sales on the same day, totalling roughly $296M worth of stock. The combined exit of nearly 10 million shares is a significant reduction in a cornerstone holding. Fosun's retreat from Gland has been building for some time, and this disclosure adds fresh urgency to questions about the Chinese pharma group's balance sheet priorities.

Private equity is also cashing out. L Catterton Partners, the board-level PE backer of Italian cosmetics ingredients maker ICOS (Intercos), filed a $94M sale of 6.4 million shares on 2 September. PE exits of this scale, filed through a board-level position, typically signal a distribution to fund investors rather than a view on the company's prospects. Still, the overhang is real.

In South Korea, Kim Byeong-Soo, CEO of robotics firm A108490 (ROBOTIS), filed a $75M open-market sale on the day of trading, 8 September. CEO sales of this size warrant attention, particularly in a sector where retail enthusiasm remains elevated.

In Thailand, an executive director at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank filed a $49M sale of 14 million shares, traded on 7 September.
