Autos Dominate This Week's Earnings Calendar

Ferrari kicks off Tuesday when the Italian carmaker reports for Q3 2026. ORTEX alt data on Austrian car registrations, which leads Ferrari's revenue by 22 days, is running 75% below the same quarter last year. That is a weak signal, but the direction is hard to ignore.

Wednesday brings a cluster of Japanese and European auto names. Honda Motor reports Thursday. Japanese car registrations, a strong leading indicator for Honda's revenue, are tracking 10% lower year-on-year across three months of data. Renault also reports Wednesday. Its Dutch and Austrian registration signals are mixed: Austrian data is up 6% year-on-year, but Dutch registrations are running 21% below last year's pace.

Polestar reports Wednesday too. Dutch registrations, a strong-fit leading indicator, are down 68% year-on-year. Its German registration signal, also a strong fit, is up 32%. The two readings pull in opposite directions.

Mahindra & Mahindra reports Wednesday. India two-wheeler registrations fell to 407,743 in October 2026, the lowest October on record since 2017 and down 87% on a year earlier. India registrations lead Mahindra's revenue by 38 days with moderate fit.

No IPOs are scheduled in the next seven days. The index rebalance radar flags Corteva with an 77% MSCI World deletion probability, with $555M of forced selling on the line if confirmed on 11 November.
